RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you purchased your putter from one of our fitters/retailers, please contact them directly to coordinate your return. If you purchased directly from T Squared Putters, please read below.
To initiate a return, you must contact info@tsquaredputters.com and send photos of the putter.
NON-CUSTOM PUTTERS
If you purchased a stock putter, you may return it within 30 days of purchase.
- If returned in new/unused condition within 30 days, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. No restocking fee applies. You are responsible for return shipping.
- If returned after 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will apply. You are responsible for all shipping costs.
- If the putter shows signs of use, the return may not be accepted.
CUSTOM PUTTERS
All custom putters are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
