    This Privacy Policy describes how T Squared Putters ("T Squared", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit tsquaredputters.com (the "Site"), make a purchase, contact us, book a fitting, or interact with us on social media, including our LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook pages.

    Information we collect

    Information you give us

    • Orders: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
    • Custom builds and fittings: the specifications you choose (model, finishes, length, lie, grip, hand and similar), any name or logo you ask us to engrave, and the design image created by our custom putter builder.
    • Customer support: anything you send us by email, phone, contact form or direct message, including order numbers and photos.
    • Email signups: your email address and the preferences you share when you join our mailing list.
    • Corporate and event inquiries: your name, company, job title and contact details when you ask about corporate programs or attend a fitting event we run.

    Information collected automatically

    When you visit the Site we collect device and usage information such as your browser type, IP address, time zone, the pages and products you view, how you arrived at the Site, and how you interact with it. We collect this using cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies.

    How we use your information

    • To process, build and ship your order, and to send order confirmations and shipping updates.
    • To build custom putters to your specifications.
    • To answer questions and provide customer support.
    • To send marketing emails if you have signed up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
    • To show you relevant advertising on other sites and apps, and to measure how our advertising performs.
    • To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
    • To screen orders for fraud and to protect our business and customers.
    • To comply with legal obligations.

    Who we share it with

    We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for the purposes above:

    We may also share information if the law requires it, to respond to a subpoena or other lawful request, or to protect our rights, our customers or others. If T Squared is ever sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

    We do not sell your personal information

    We do not sell your personal information for money. We do let advertising partners such as Meta and Google collect information about your activity on the Site so they can show you our ads elsewhere. Under some US state privacy laws this may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out at any time:

    Cookies

    We use cookies that the store needs to work (your cart, checkout and account login), analytics cookies that tell us how the Site is used, and advertising cookies from the partners listed above. Most expire between 30 minutes and two years after they are set. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the Site, such as the cart, from working.

    Because there is no common standard for "Do Not Track" signals, we do not respond to them. We do honour Global Privacy Control, as described above.

    How long we keep it

    We keep order records for as long as we need them for our business, accounting and tax obligations, and to support warranty and repair work on your putter. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

    Your rights

    Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

    • Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
    • Correct information that is wrong.
    • Ask us to delete your information.
    • Opt out of targeted advertising and marketing emails.
    • Appeal our decision if we decline your request.

    To make a request, email info@tsquaredputters.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and you may authorise someone else to make a request for you. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

    Visitors from the European Economic Area and the UK: we process your information to perform our contract with you (your order), with your consent (marketing and non essential cookies), to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business. Your information is processed in the United States. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

    Children

    The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

    Security

    We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Payments are processed by our payment providers over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
